Haha! Shane West got bashed hard on the nose with a bedpan on ER Thursday. It was funny, in a very mean kind of way. First thought that came to mind: this should happen more often, because then maybe, his potato-like nose will be reshaped into a more normal, human-looking form. Dude is seriously fugly!
