When I'm frustrated (or bored or uncomfortable or whatnot), I have a tendency to bite the insides of my cheeks. The more frustrated I am, the harder I bite. Because of Guitar Hero, I'm bleeding now. Thanks a lot, Crossroads as made famous by Cream!
