Never in my 22 years of existence did I ever expect to watch a racially offensive, operatic, German fairy tale puppet show with references to durian and The Lion King. Nor did I actually want to. Thanks a lot, Salzburg Marionettes.

Dayamn, Joe lost some weight there. Tell him to get some new clothes... they look like gangsta baggy ones now.
Blah. I wanted to watch that. :(
Well, maybe Hansel and Gretel is better. At least it's in English. And I can't think of a scene in the story that could possibly involve the only black people on the program looking like pygmies, bowing to the white people, and walking offstage backwards on their knees.
